How our journey began

After over a decade of co-founding startups and working in product management in the software industry, we found patterns and commonalities in the problems that plague the industry. We asked ourselves, “Why does it have to be so hard? Why does it have to be so complicated?” Of course there aren’t cookie cutter solutions to every company and every situation, but there are many common practices that can be applied in various ways that can make night and day differences in productivity, efficiency, and overall morale.
